This is what the forward/back order screenshot and data file looks like (WWWCUSTOS file).

This is a great service to offer your customers (it is optional). If you require this service you need to be able to make (and keep updated) a file similar to the example below.

Below is an example of what the data file looks like....

In this example all the passwords are only 4 charters in length so that all the fields line up nicely. We have also put "spaces" after many of the fields so that they also line up - this is purely to make it easy for you to read and is not required in practice.

Fields are variable length (can be as long as you like).

Fields are as follows...

account number (or name)
password
delivery date
order number
product item code
product description
Qty ordered
unit and stock status (these two share one field)

There are eight fields in the file so long as the first two fields have account number and password you can use the others with whatever information you require.

Please note: because the data files are comma "," separated Don't put a comma "," in any of your descriptions!
